Zero Waste Scotland exists to create a society where resources are valued and nothing is wasted. Our goal is to help Scotland realise the economic, environmental and social benefits of making best use of the world's limited natural resources. We are funded to support delivery of the Scottish Government's circular economy strategy and the EU Action Plan for the Circular Economy. Zero Waste Scotland leads on the delivery of Scottish Government's Circular Economy strategy and other low carbon policy priorities, and is at the forefront of efforts to create a resource efficient, circular economy in Scotland.

Circular Economy Hotspot Scotland is supported by funding from both the Scottish Government and the European Regional Development Fund through the Resource Efficient Circular Economy Accelerator Programme.
